Pixel Capture ("the App") is provided by Pars Web Tasarım ve Yazılım Tic. Ltd. Şti. By using the App you agree to these terms. If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on devices you own or control, for non-commercial entertainment. All artwork, music, code and other content remain ours or our licensors'.

2. Virtual items

Fruit, ice and ball skins are virtual items with no real-world monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred. Consumable items such as ice packs are used up when used. Purchases are final except where the store's refund policy or applicable law says otherwise.

3. Ads

The App is free and supported by ads. Rewarded ads are always optional. Remove Ads removes interstitial ads only.

4. Acceptable use

Do not reverse engineer, modify or exploit the App, or use cheats or tools that manipulate scores, items or the daily challenge.

5. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of locally stored progress.

6. Changes and contact
