This policy explains what information the Pixel Capture mobile game ("the App") handles. The App is published by Pars Web Tasarım ve Yazılım Tic. Ltd. Şti., Muğla, Türkiye ("we", "us"), which is the data controller for the purposes described here.
The short version: we do not ask you to create an account, we do not collect your name, email or location, and your game progress stays on your device. The App shows ads through Google AdMob and sells optional items through the App Store and Google Play. Those services process some data as described below.
1. Information stored on your device
Your progress, scores, stars, fruit balance, purchased items, settings (language, sound, music volume) and daily challenge history are saved locally on your device. We do not receive this data. Deleting the App deletes it.
2. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The App shows rewarded ads (only when you choose to watch one) and occasional interstitial ads. Ads are provided by Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, Google may collect:
- device identifiers such as the advertising ID (Android) or IDFA (iOS, only if you allow tracking),
- IP address, approximate location derived from it, device model, operating system and app version,
- ad interactions such as impressions and taps.
Your choices. Users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked for consent through Google's consent form before personalised ads are shown. You can change this at any time in the App under Settings, Privacy choices. On iOS the App asks for permission to track through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. If you decline, you can still play for free and you will see non-personalised ads. You can also reset or limit your advertising ID in your device settings.
Buying "Remove Ads" removes interstitial ads. Rewarded ads remain available only as an optional choice.

3. In-app purchases
Purchases are processed entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We never see your payment details. We receive only the confirmation that a purchase was completed so that we can deliver the item.
4. What we do not do
- We do not run our own analytics or crash reporting servers and do not collect personal data ourselves.
- We do not sell personal data.
- We do not ask for access to your contacts, photos, camera, microphone or precise location.
5. Legal bases
Where the GDPR or the UK GDPR applies, personalised advertising relies on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. Non-personalised ads and the delivery of purchases rely on our legitimate interest in offering a free, ad-supported game and on the performance of our contract with you.
6. Children
The App is designed for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data through the App, contact us and we will help remove it.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, the UK GDPR, KVKK in Türkiye or the CCPA/CPRA in California) you may have the right to access, correct, delete or object to the processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent. Because we do not hold personal data about you ourselves, most requests are handled directly through the consent settings in the App, your device settings, or Google. You can always contact us and we will help.
8. Data retention and transfers
Local game data stays on your device until you delete the App. Data processed by Google and by the app stores is kept according to their own policies and may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your own, including the United States.
9. Changes
We may update this policy when the App changes. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest version.
